What do I need to bring: Oasis provides one towel per guest but we do offer optional towel rental if you would like extra towels. Each private outdoor or indoor garden includes a multi-channel satellite music system, an enclosed dressing room and shower and shower soap. Hair dryers and combs are available upon request. Sorry, no food, candles, or rose petals are allowed. (These items often result in cleaning issues.) You are welcome to bring shower shoes, robes, body lotion, and shampoo amenities, but we ask that you put nothing in the tub. Please refrain from using bubble bath and/or body oils (They upset the chemical balance of the water, and you may incur cleaning or damage charges.)
Reservations are strongly suggested. Same day reservations are often available. Upon calling the Oasis, the receptionist will ask you what day/date you would like to visit, the time you’ll be arriving, how long you would like to stay and whether you would like to have an indoor, outdoor or covered hot tub.
Suggested Arrival Time: Plan to arrive ten minutes prior to your scheduled hot tub reservation to allow ample time for check-in. Regrettably, your service time will be reduced for late arrivals or a lengthy check-in. This allows for the next scheduled reservation to proceed on time. We don't want you to lose out on a single minute of hot tub enjoyment because you are standing in the lobby reading the guidelines or picking out your juice and spa fragrances. If you have a large group, wish to purchase a VIP Membership or buy gift certificates, please allow for additional time.
Late Arrivals: We are unable to hold reservations for more than 10 minutes unless reservation was secured with a credit card. Regrettably, your service time will be reduced for late arrivals or a lengthy check-in. This allows for the next scheduled reservation to proceed on time.
Each suite is private and has its own shower, changing room and multi-channel music system. Each garden is unique; the majority of the tubs are outside, open to the air with high walls surrounding the garden. These gardens are the most popular anytime of the year! The indoor tubs are inside, under-roof. If you’re visiting Ann Arbor or Grand Rapids you may consider trying a covered tub. These covered outdoor tubs offer a roof overhead while still allowing the flow of air to move through the garden.
Hours: Sunday-Thursday: Noon to 1:00 am. Last reservation is taken at midnight.
Friday and Saturday: Noon to 2:00 am. Last reservation is taken at 1 am.
Suggested Tub Time: A minimum one-hour hot tub soak is recommended for maximum enjoyment and relaxation. One-and-a-half and two-hour soaks are also available.
Don’t get overheated: Please regulate your body temperature by getting in and out of the hot tub. Use the house phone to contact the front desk if you would like to have the tub temperature adjusted slightly. You’ll be pleasantly surprised how a few degrees change enhances your enjoyment of the spa. Our maximum temperature is 102.
Health Concerns: No Alcohol! The consumption of alcohol is prohibited by the State of Michigan. The Oasis encourages you to drink water or fruit juice. An assortment of beverages are available at the front desk. Feel free to bring your own beverage but remember no glass or alcohol. For more health and safety guidelines please see Policies and Guidelines.
