What are your hours?
Hot tubbing begins at 11 am daily. Our Receptionist will be available to assist with making reservations or Gift Certificate purchases beginning at 10:30 am daily.
We close at 1 am Sunday – Thursday and 2 am Friday – Saturday. (Hours may be altered around specific holidays. Please call to confirm.)

What do I need to bring?
Not much! Each private outdoor or indoor garden includes a multi-channel satellite music system with portable audio device option, an enclosed dressing room with shower, shower soap and towels. Hairdryers and combs are available upon request. Oasis provides one towel per guest but we do offer optional towel rental if you would like extra towels. You are welcome to bring an iPod, MP3 player, shower shoes, robes, body lotion, and shampoo amenities, but we ask that you refrain from using bubble bath and/or body oils. (They upset the chemical balance of the water, and you may incur cleaning or damage charges.)
Should I make a reservation?
How do I make a reservation?
Reservation requests can be made in person, over the phone or on our website. You will be asked the date, time, and length of your reservation as well as your contact information and the number of guests in your party. On specific days – including weekends and holidays – you may also be required to provide a credit card, gift certificate number or prepayment. In the event that a debit card is authorized, the Oasis will not be responsible for overdraft charges related to the authorized funds held by Oasis. Also, be sure to ask about our cancellation policy. Please bring identification. You may be asked to provide it at check-in. ID is required for credit card transactions.
What happens if I am late for my reservation?
Suggested Arrival Time: Plan to arrive ten minutes prior to your scheduled hot tub reservation to allow ample time for check-in. Regrettably, your service time will be reduced for late arrivals or a lengthy check-in. This allows for the next scheduled reservation to proceed on time. We don’t want you to lose out on a single minute of hot tub enjoyment because you are standing in the lobby reading the guidelines or picking out your juice and spa fragrances. If you have a large group or wish to purchase gift cards, please allow for additional time.
Late Arrivals: We are unable to hold reservations for more than 10 minutes unless guaranteed by a credit card. Regrettably, your service time will be reduced to finish on time for our next scheduled guest. We reserve the right to refuse admittance to those who arrive with less than 30 minutes of their reservation time remaining. Reservations guaranteed by a credit card will be considered a “No Show” and will be charged as such if you have not arrived within the last 30 minutes of your reserved time.
What is your cancellation policy?
Reservations held with a credit card or Oasis gift certificate:
We have a three-hour cancellation policy. We need to hear from you three hours before the start time of your reservation if you need to make a change or to cancel your reservation. With less than three hours notice, the credit card holding the reservation would be charged or the Oasis gift certificate holding the reservation would be redeemed for payment of the reservation. 24- Hours notice to cancel or change a reservation is required on holidays.
Reservations made within three hours of the start time requested would be considered a final reservation. Regrettably, if your plans change after holding a final reservation, we cannot guarantee that we will be able to change the start time of your reservation. In the event that you are unable to make it in for your final reservation after the reservation has been held for you, the credit card holding the reservation would be charged or the Oasis gift certificate holding the reservation would be redeemed for payment of the reservation. 24- Hours notice to cancel or change a reservation is required on holidays.
Prepaid Reservations:
We have a three-hour cancellation policy. We need to hear from you three hours before the start time of your reservation if you need to make a change or to cancel your reservation. 24- Hours notice to cancel or change a reservation is required on holidays.
When you contact us with a full three hours notice to cancel a pre-paid reservation, you will be refunded in the form of an Oasis gift certificate.
With less than three hours notice, the pre-payment made to hold the reservation would be non-refundable.

All refunds are issued in the form of an Oasis gift certificate when we have received the required cancellation notice
How long can I hot tub?
Most guests stay 1, 1 ½, or 2 hours. At the conclusion of your hot tub reservation, we will gladly offer you the opportunity to purchase additional time if it is available. Regrettably, we are not able to refund any portion of unused time should you chose to depart early.
Is there music?
Yes. Each suite is equipped with a multi-channel music system. There is also a portable audio device option which plugs into the headphone jack of your iPod, cell phone, or portable CD player so that you may choose to listen to your own downloaded music. You may also bring your own USB charging cable to plug into our system to charge your device during the visit. The Oasis does not provide a USB charging cable for use (NOTE: For health and safety reasons, there are no electrical outlets in the rooms.)
Will I be cold in the outdoor tubs?
When you enter the water, your body temperature rises, so you don’t feel cold, even while sitting in the water. Our outdoor tubs are very popular, especially during winter snowfalls. Our guests will tell you – there is simply no greater experience than sinking into hot, bubbly water while surrounded by the outdoor elements. Don’t forget our cool tubs in the summer!
Are the hot tub gardens private?
Yes. Each room has an enclosed, temperature-controlled dressing room for changing and for storing your belongings. Walk through another set of doors and enter your own hot tub garden, with 12-foot walls for complete privacy. Your only link to the outside world is an intercom in each suite. You can request changes in water temperatures or have a question answered without leaving the seclusion of your garden.
Is the water clean?
Yes. We employ a state-of-the-art water filtration system that regulates the chemical balance of the water. Fresh water circulates through the filter system every eight to twelve minutes. We are regulated by the State Health Department, and our staff performs regular water tests in order to ensure the healthiest condition and highest standard of water cleanliness for you. Do you allow food and beverages?
Because they tend to create messes, food and snacks are not permitted. However, we encourage you to drink water and/or fruit juices to stay hydrated; you may bring your own or purchase drinks at the front desk. Consumption of ALCOHOL is strictly prohibited, as is the use of glass containers. Please review our Policies & Guidelines for further details.
Can I smoke in the room?
As of May 1, 2010, in accordance with the State of Michigan’s ban on smoking in public places, there is No Smoking at The Oasis.
Smoking is prohibited in the lobby, suite or in the outdoor gardens. This includes the use of tobacco, e-cigarettes, marijuana, and hookah. If it is determined by management that you have not abided by this policy, charges for cleaning or damages will be assessed.
What different themed gardens do you have?
We have many different themes, ranging from Tropical Island waterfalls to serene Japanese gardens and Alaskan cabins complete with roaring fireplaces! You can view photos of the gardens under the Gardens Photos section of this web site.
Do you have a repeat customer incentive?
Yes! We currently offer a digital loyalty program. Receive point(s) for every dollar on your transaction total. Points are redeemable for discounts on future visits. Bring in your paper stamp card before June 1, 2025, and we will be happy to transfer your older stamps to the digital system. Our system will link the points you earn to the mobile phone number you use when you make your reservations. You can even check your point balance online by clicking here.
Points are earned when gift cards are redeemed, not when they are purchased. Point rewards cannot be redeemed on gift card purchases.
Do you have any specials/discounts?
- Join the loyalty program to earn points on qualifying purchases. Redeem points for discounts on future visits!
- Join our O-mail Club and receive exclusive monthly discounts – print them out and use them again and again throughout the month!
- Anniversary and Birthday specials are also available to O-mail Club members. Watch your email for coupons. To subscribe to email, join here.
- Kids like the Oasis, too! The first three children age 16 and under are free with two paid adults. Each additional child is just $10. Oasis does request you provide towels for the kids or feel free to rent towels upon arrival. See Family Vacation rates on our Rate Info page.
- Gift Certificates purchased as part of a promotional offer are not valid for use on the day of purchase

Can I bring my children?
Of course! Our specially-discounted family rates allow parents to bring up to three kids for free! We do request that you provide towels for the first three children. Call for special pricing or visit our Rate Info page. (We even have kids’ water toys, available upon request!)
Can I bring my support animal?
Only fully-trained service animals are allowed as required by the ADA. Please leave service animals in training and support animals at home.
How old do you have to be in order to tub?
You must be 18 years or older. However, younger persons may be accommodated with parental supervision or with parental consent. Please see our Policies & Guidelines for further details.
Are there any health restrictions I should know about?
Please review our health and safety Policies & Guidelines for common health restrictions. We encourage you to speak with your doctor if you are unsure about your ability to safely enjoy the hot tubbing experience.
Do you sell gift cards?
Yes. You may purchase them online or in person. Gift cards can be purchased in any amount. Our evening hour for two is the most popular.
Gift Cards purchased as part of a promotional offer are not valid for use on the day of purchase.
Gift Cards can be purchased and printed from our website.
Locations are not be able to hold ordered Gift Cards for pickup.
Gift Cards can be redeemed at any Oasis location.

Is the Oasis a franchise?
No. The Oasis is a privately-owned company with a base in Michigan since 1983.

Oasis Cool Tubs are adjusted to very comfortable below-body temperature to provide relief from the summer heat. Any summer day is a great day to slip into one of these refreshing spas.
