Reservation Requests
The Oasis uses Square Appointments for reservation management. You are now able to request a reservation online through our booking site! It is important to note that choosing a time and service through the booking site is a request. Appointments are not finalized until requests are reviewed by staff at the location. Communication will be sent to you via text and email regarding whether we can accept, need to make changes, or must decline your request. Please check your email for details if we cannot honor your original online request. During times of high demand, we occasionally receive multiple requests for the same reservation slot and will approve requests in the order they are received.
Reservations can be requested between 1 and 60 days in advance online. Same-day reservations are not available through the online system. Please call the location if you are interested in soaking today.

Reservations Outside Regular Business Hours
Oasis accepts reservations from 11 am daily until 1 am on Sundays through Thursdays and until 2 am on Fridays and Saturdays. On winter weekends that are completely booked during regular business hours, at the discretion of the General Manager, operational hours may be extended for reservations before 11 am start times or after 2 am closing time. Requests for reservations outside of regular business hours must be made over the phone with a reservation specialist and paid in full when the reservation is made. There will be a $5.00 surcharge added to any regularly priced reservation scheduled to end past our normal closing time. All policies regarding cancellations and refunds apply to reservations outside of regular business hours.
New Year’s Eve Reservations
The Oasis requires prepayment for New Year’s Eve and New Year’s Day reservations. Once your online request is reviewed, a reservation specialist will email you an invoice. Invoice payments are due within three (3) hours of the time they are sent (invoices are only sent during Oasis business hours). Your request cannot be approved until the invoice is paid. Please review the invoice, including the attached cancellation policy, before paying for your reservation.
New Year’s Eve and New Year’s Day reservations are available for booking beginning November 14th.

February Reservations
The Oasis requires prepayment for Valentine’s Day reservations and select weekend dates in February. Once your online request is reviewed, a reservation specialist will email you an invoice. Please review the invoice, including the attached cancellation policy, before paying for your reservation.
Reservations for Valentine’s Day and prepay days in February can be made beginning January 2nd of the same year.
